Zoni Language Centers, a world leader in international language education, is seeking a Bilingual (French/English-speaking) sales/customer service professional for an immediate opportunity. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Individuals will have the opportunity to interact within a multicultural environment.

Requirements
Intermediate to advanced level of English -French - Spanish
Able to work flexible hours
Experience in Customer Service
Motivated self-starter
Enthusiastic
Organized
Detailed Oriented
Ability to multitask
Sales skills and experience are a big plus

Respond to all inquiries (i.e., leads) about Zoni products to all prospective students by phone, email, and mail.
Interview, qualify and enroll students for our English and specialized programs.
Reach goals and objectives of student enrollment criteria
Establish good relationship with agents
Provide superior customer service
Answer telephone calls
Collect registration, tuition, and other payments
Prepare reports
Perform related duties as assigned
